Sakae Holdings controls and operates the Site from the company's headquarters in Singapore. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. We in no way warrant or imply that the materials on the Site are appropriate for use outside of Singapore. If you use the Site from a location outside of Singapore, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

The following trademarks used herein are owned by Sakae Holdings and its subsidiaries and affiliates: Sakae Sushi, Sakae Teppanyaki, Sakae Pizza, Sakae@Campus, Sakae Delivery, Hei Sushi, Crepes & Cream, Slurp Shop, Sho-U, Uma Uma Men and Nouvelle Events.
 

MODIFICATION OF THE SITE AND THESE TERMS OF USE

By providing material on the Site, we do not promise that the materials will remain available to you. We reserve the right to terminate all or any portion of the Site at any time, without notice to you.
 

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from the Site, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. We may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
 

MISCELLANEOUS

Failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place. This is the entire agreement between you and Sakae Holdings regarding all aspects of your use of the Site.
